Playtest Portal
Read your playtest data on a real screen. Same NexTurn account as the app.

Just bought a plan? Sign in with the email address you paid with and it is
already active. If your account uses a different address, sign in with that one and
reply to your receipt so we can move the plan across.
Invited to view a report? Use the link in your invitation. You do not need a plan,
an app, or anything installed.
Testers don’t sign in here. Everything a tester does happens in the free app.

Nothing measured yet
You are signed in and your plan is active.
The moment your first playtest finishes in the app, its report appears here.
1 · Create a project in the appName the game and tag its genre. The tags power the "did this land with
people who like this kind of game?" split later.
2 · Hand out the join codeTesters scan a QR or type a code and they're in. They need the free
app and a free account, with no Pro or plan on their side.
3 · PlayNexTurn records phase timing, turn pace and flagged moments while you
play. There is nothing to fill in afterwards.
A number needs a denominator.
One play tells you almost nothing, and this portal will say so rather than
draw you a confident chart. Expect roughly 8–12 plays before
phase timings stop moving between sessions, and more than that before a
version comparison is worth trusting. Until then every figure here carries
the count it rests on.
Projects
Which game needs you
Projects start in the app, not here.
The portal is for reading what comes back; the project itself is created on your phone.
1 · In the NexTurn app, open Settings → Playtest projectsBottom bar, far right. Tap New project. Creating one needs an
active Designer or Studio plan.
2 · Name the game and tag its genresWorking titles are fine and expected. The genre tags power the “did this
land with people who like this kind of game?” split later.
3 · Create a ruleset, then hand out the join codePlays are stamped with the active ruleset as they happen and cannot be
re-stamped afterwards, so set one before the first session. Then testers scan the
QR or type the code, and you play.
The full walkthrough (surveys, factions,
rulebook attachments, setting locks) is in the
guide.
